SpoonOS Web3 Skills Marketplace Privacy Policy and Disclaimer

SpoonOS (hereinafter referred to as "we") recognizes the importance of privacy and data security to users. This Agreement applies to all individual, developer, and institutional users (hereinafter referred to as "users") who access and use the SpoonOS Web3 Skills Marketplace (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). This Agreement aims to clarify users' privacy rights, data processing rules, as well as the rights, obligations, and disclaimer scope of both parties in the course of using the Platform's services.
I. Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
1.1 User-Submitted Information
- Code files, function descriptions, document links, contributor information, and other content submitted by developers when publishing Skills.
- Account information, feedback content, rating data, and other information provided by users during registration and participation in evaluations.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
- Usage Data: Including the time users access the Platform, browsed Skill content, operation records, etc., used to optimize the Platform experience and function iteration.
- Technical Data: Including basic network information such as device type, browser version, and IP address, used to ensure service stability and security.
1.3 Blockchain-Related Information
The Platform operates based on the Neo blockchain. When users perform on-chain operations using Skills, public blockchain transaction records will be generated. Such data is stored by the blockchain network and does not fall within the scope of the Platform's private data.
2. Purposes of Information Use
- To provide and maintain the core services of the Platform, including Skill display, search, download, evaluation, and other functions.
- To optimize Platform performance and user experience, improve product functions according to user usage habits, and enhance service efficiency.
- To support community governance and ecosystem development, screen high-quality Skills through user feedback, ratings, and reviews, and promote the sound development of the ecosystem.
- To fulfill obligations stipulated by laws and regulations and cooperate with regulatory compliance requirements.
3. Information Storage and Protection
- We adopt industry-standard security technologies and procedures to protect non-on-chain information submitted by users from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
